She has spent the last 25 years with multiple research companies helping technology buyers, decision makers, leadership teams, CEOs and Boards of Directors better understand how to navigate through the challenges they are facing in the industry. She is no stranger to the Contact Centre and Enterprise Collaboration industry and has worked with many of the leading vendors, partners and service providers in this space. She is also a frequent keynote speaker addressing buyers on what they should be thinking about when looking to become the best-in-class brand. She has also moderated many panel discussions and roundtables.
