PRINCIPAL ADVISORY STRATEGIST

Michael Clark is Principal Advisory Strategist at CrayonIQ and Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at CXTT Consulting, a vendor-agnostic advisory firm working across APAC. Over 25 years in government and financial services leadership spanning contact centre operations, customer experience transformation, and enterprise technology strategy as a Chief Information Officer.
